While logging on for my day's work, i noticed i can not connect to the VPN. Due to that, I am not able to access commonly used company resources.

Verified users internet connectivity. After gathering the error message information from the users VPN logs I reset the VPN connection, had the user re-log in to the VPN and connectivity was resumed. Ticket closed.
